At Faisun, we always follow “ZERO DEFECTIVE RETURN” as principle since we started, to reach this, all Faisun people involved in quality control and do as routine as below:

1) All products are produced strictlly under ISO9001, TS16949 and ISO14001 quality system.
2) We use 2D projector, 3DM CMM equipments and height tester to inpect parts and mold inserts to gurantee critical size.
3) All product and mold steel materials are puchased from brands and official channel with certificate, which could ensure the quality and specification, like FDA, LFGB, RoHs, REACH...etc. Besides, keep sample from each batch material for tracking.
4) All parts are 100% inspected before assembly or packing to guarantee no defective parts run from us or cause return.
5) The project manager as 3rd eyes to monitor the whole project’s quality from sample, 1st shot to finished product.
