Die casting
It is used to manufacture products with complex shapes, thin walls and high dimensional accuracy requirements, such as mobile phone parts, electronic devices and automobile. Its advantages are high internal structural density and good surface finish, but the cost is high and it is not suitable for producing a large number of small parts. Common material options are aluminum, zinc, magnesium alloy...etc.
Stamping
It is used to manufacture high-volume, dimensionally stable products, such as home appliances and automotive parts. It is characterized by high production efficiency and low cost, but the processing accuracy and shape complexity are subject to certain limitations. Common material options are stainless steel, aluminum, copper...etc.
CNC machining
It is used for processing simple and highly precise and complex geometric parts. It can carry out various special processes and complex surface treatments, such as chamfering, non-penetrating pattern or texture engraving, drilling at bends, etc. It is suitable for prototypes and small batches. Production, tolerance can be as precise as +/- 0.01mm. Common materials are aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, bronze, carbon steel, zinc, steel alloy...etc.
