Faisun offers one-stop-shop solution for full finished goods or half-finished goods that span across various material type (silicone, plastic, metal, wood, fabric or even electronics parts) and manufacturing technologies.

Molds
Faisun holds full set of facilities for molds making and molds measuring, that could produce molds that meet requirement of both exported and keep at our factory for future production. We have the capacity to produce over 70 molds each month.

Plastic parts
Faisun could produce plastic products/parts in single color or dual-color parts, overmolded parts (plastic overmold plastic, plastic overmold electronics, plastic overmold metal), all parts are produced by fully automated robot.

Silicone parts
Faisun’s silicone expertise including silicone compression process, liquid silicone injection, epoxy and parts in single color, multi-colors, single color pattern printing, colorful pattern printing (both flat surface and embossed features).

Metal parts
As one-stop service provider, besides our main expertise of silicone and plastic molds and molding products, we also work very close with our brother metal fatories to support one metal parts (materials including stainless stee, zinc, aluminum, magnesium alloy, copper...etc).
